Leadership Council (Commitment of at least one semester): These 6-8 additional members of the leadership team work under the mentorship of the executive board to take responsibly in an area of need for the success of the team. Duties may include: managing projects, chairing a fundraising event, attending and volunteering at major project events, submitting a grant report or recruiting members - you will be seen as a go-to person who the team can always count on to show up, take initiative and follow through on tasks that may vary throughout the year. Expect to put in at least 5 hours per week supporting the team including a weekly meeting. This is a great step toward a position within the Executive Committee next year for newer leaders.
General Member (Commitment of at least one semester): Learn valuable business and life skills while working with a team of motivated students. Working collaboratively on projects that improve the livelihoods of other in your community all while helping the environment. You will be seen as a person who is willing to help the Leadership Council and the Executive Committee, take initiative and get involved with current projects. This is a great step toward a position within the Leadership Council or Executive Committee next year for newer leaders.
VP of Finance & Administration: Responsible for overseeing the finances of the club, applying for Enactus partnership grants, and implementing fundraising campaigns. The role is the primary driving force behind all funding and sponsorship efforts. Along with tracking finances, you will also be in charge of coordinating the administration team.
VP of Competition & Projects: Supports member and project managers to develop projects aligned with the Enactus criteria. Coaches project managers in managing time, scope, human resources and coast of Enactus projects to ensure that they make desired impact. This position will also ensure that projects are gathering the necessary data that will be needed for Regional and National Competition. You are also responsible for coordinating the competition team preparation schedule and ensuring the team follows Enactus competition guidelines. This position will also work closely with our adviser to arrange all travel and stay for competitions.
VP of Marketing & Membership: This position works closely with project managers to identify skills needed to successfully complete projects and prepare for competitions. Scouts talent from around the UA campus to join Enactus and creates a culture of community and teamwork that motivates members to stay involved. Marketing skills are important for this position to assist in promotion of Enactus both on and off campus.
